Norwood Commercial Printing is known for its playful personality and unconventional approach to marketing. Having made great strides in differentiating its commercial branch through a series of humanising video marketing campaigns in previous years, in 2019 Norwood approached Enamoured Iris for their most ambitious project yet; an experiential, 360 video activation.
With the objective of bolstering client retention rates, Norwood partnered with Enamoured Iris in a nurturing campaign for the ages. Holding an event at Norwood Industries, commercial clients were invited into “The Control Room”; an immersive hotdesk presenting pre-recorded standard and 360 video production content.
With a flick of a switch, participants could toggle between multiple scenes, each uniquely showcasing the unique manufacturing process of Norwood products. The immersive element was a key factor in crafting a memorable client experience that could only have been experienced at Norwood.

Behind The Scenes
Like our live streaming of a music performance nationally in 360 video, this production was another momentous task to produce. Aside from the technical VR production components, there were countless factors to consider in the immersive activation. These included: the syncing of video content, the looping of videos and the projection of content within the Oculus Headset.
Combined, this project was an overwhelming success for Norwood, increasing client satisfaction and driving corporate customer loyalty.
