Help Campaign: Video Production
With the transition to a B2C business model and the pending launch of an e-commerce platform, plywood manufacturer and distributor Plyco, required a Help campaign to address common customer queries.
As the client shifted towards a more customer facing business, understanding consumer needs was paramount prior to undertaking video production.
Working directly with the business on content strategy, Enamoured Iris recommended Plyco identify core pain points. Identifying these, Enamoured Iris then produced a clean, simple and informative series to be hosted on the FAQ page of their new e-commerce store.
The collection of 15 videos would then serve as an invaluable reference point for customers that would save staff time as the company’s online sales grew.
Plyco’s video production series were all embedded within an accordion on the FAQ page of their online store.
