Help Campaign: Video Production
Looking for a sales tool to increase the conversion rate of prospective members, Etihad Stadium, required a Help video production campaign that would convey the core benefits of its membership offerings to generated leads.
The client’s KPI was the successful signup rate of prospects after having been displayed the videos in six months leading up to the new AFL season.
With several membership tiers in available, each piece of content was required to be dynamic enough to elicit the functionality, mood and tone of each product offering.
Etihad Stadium displayed the help video content in both 1:1 direct sales channels in addition to use as an embedded video on a membership specific landing page.
