With a restaurant menu that changes cuisine every 4 months, hot oil isn’t the only thing keeping Charlie up at night. Charlie Carrington quit school at the age of 15 to pursue a career in creating edible masterpieces all over the world. His drive and his passion have brought him back to Melbourne, where he is making his restaurant debut.
