Dacland
Hub Campaign: Video Production
01. Background
A well established brand in the Australian property development category, Dacland’s strong sense of family had typically seen a grass-roots approach to marketing its communities.
Seeking to take advantage of both forecasted growth within the market and its strong human capital, Dacland sought video production as marketing tool to deliver its unique identity to its varied stakeholder base.
02. Insight
With potential investors identified as the primary target, Dacland needed to project a unified, experienced brand yet also appear approachable to families within their communities.
While conscious of corporate objectives, differentiating Dacland from its sea of competitors was equally important. In humanising the piece, Dacland could showcase its playful and design-centric personality that reflected the bespoke nature of its business.

03. Idea
Marrying the above objectives ultimately lay in presenting an overview of the brand alongside a coherent, emotionally engaging video production that shows one family’s path to purchasing a Dacland home.
